RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For eligible online purchases, customers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
If you choose to exercise this right, please contact us within the applicable withdrawal period. The direct cost of returning the item is generally the responsibility of the customer, provided this has been communicated before the purchase.
Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and returned in appropriate condition, preferably with their original packaging and any included accessories. Customers may examine an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Excessive handling or use may result in liability for any diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To help us process your return efficiently, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and returned in the condition required by applicable law.
Where an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, any applicable reduction in value will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
In cases where ELORVANE is responsible for the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This may include a replacement, repair where appropriate, price reduction, or refund.
Return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
EXCHANGES
We may offer exchanges for different variants of the same product, such as a different color or finish, subject to availability.
For voluntary exchanges that are not required to remedy a defect, incorrect item, or other legal claim, additional shipping or handling costs may apply. Any applicable cost will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, ELORVANE will process it in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund will generally include the standard delivery cost paid for the original order, subject to applicable legal rules. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer may not be refundable.
ELORVANE may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
